I am writing this letter to bring to your notice to the fraud occurred with me by USASHI REALSTATES Kolkata – 700048.
On the 8th of December 2017 (As per Sale Agreement), I Booked a new Flat for the then ongoing Housing Project, Name “KING TOWN NEW TOWN” and paid 25% of Total Flat Value Rs. 3,34,593/- (Rupees three lakh thirty-four thousand five hundred ninety-three only) including GST. And stated that my project would be completed and the possession of the flat will be handed over within 40 (Forty) Months from the date of Sale Agreement.
But after 3 years, on December 2020 I was given the information from unknown other sources that the project totally stopped without any information from developer side. Then I was called to the Developer office and was confirmed that the matter is true.
Then I immediately took the decision to refund my money and applied refund Application on 19th January 2021 due to the requirement of money for my mother-in-law’s heart treatment. After that many a times I went to the office and also mailed 1000 times and 100 times Called Supporting staff but every time they replied that there was a fund crisis. After that on 1st December, 2021 the organisation has made me sign a Declaration informing that the money will be refunded provided there should be no claim to interest, to which I agreed by signing it. (Attached your information). And I was assured that the entire money would be return to me within April, 2022.
I positively think that all my money will be refunded for the treatment of my mother-in-law. But till now I have not received any amount in my bank account for this my fund crisis. I called Your supporting staff Mr. Abdul so many times but phone was switched off every times.
So, I pin my hopes on your esteemed on the same. I eagerly wait for further information from your side. Pls take care of matters sympathy basis
