Erroneous billing by Vodafone for unsolicited service

Vodafone Company has erroneously billed me extra 550 Rupees as some value added services, which i had not registered at all. Without any alert they were keeping quiet and suddenly after billing they have barred my incoming without any intimation or alert that too for wrong billing. since my repeated efforts also was not able to get my services activated.
At the start of month business generation period this has caused me huge inconvenience mentally and socially.
They have taken repeated requests for reversal but still requesting to make payments in advance for which am not liable to pay.
Have suffered too much of mental agony as i was completely dependent on vodafone for the internet services on my mobile. To the worst case even i was unable to make call to customer care also by that barred number. had to call from some other number. huge stress given to me by Vodafone
