Eureka Forbes Aquaguard not working, no customer support

I’ve purchased an Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Aura UV E-boiling, Ultra Filtration, Active Copper, Mineral Guard Technology, Water Purifier (Black & Copper), 7 Liter | through Amazon on 02/04/22 but after one month only, the water started filling in the tank with very low pace, when I contacted them they arranged a technician but the technician was not trained properly and instead of solving our problem, he removed the tap and now water is not coming out of the tank and my previous issue isn’t resolved and there is one more issue of tank removal. After that I’m making complains regularly but no technician is visiting, also the customer care is telling daily that they’ll send technician but no actions on that. I sincerely request you to look into that matter and plz arrange a technician and since the tap was removed by the aquaguard team technician only, any tap damages shouldn’t be recovered by us.
