Excess fare deducted by Ola

I was shocked to be cheated by OLA auto , (undoubtedly a reputed brand )on dt. 23rd November,17 at 8.36 AM . when I travelled on auto (CRN 1261709435 ) from HSR, SEC-2 to Yeswantapur Rly. Stn. in Bangalore -560102, after booking it on OLA app. , which showed fare to pay Rs. 309/- , but as we completed our journey the driver asked me to pay Rs.91/- in cash because Rs.500/- was debited from OLA account It meant total fare charged Rs.591/- in place of Rs. 309/- which was displayed on OLA app during booking. The driver could not say the reason behind this except he had no idea. Distance travelled was 22 to 24 km only approximately. In any situation the fare could not be more than Rs. 330/- . It was purely cheating done by so renowned brand.
