Excessing promotional messages from Hathway

I was a customer of Hathway till last oct’17. They send messages at least 10 per day, due to this reason i have disconnected their services. I have registered complain 2-3 times but they didn’t take any action. till date i receive 10-15 msgs from Hathway which is annoying. please take some serious action against advertisement policy for promotional messages.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund of Rs. 42,000/- + documents from Quikr: Mrs. Sujita Kushwaha, Bangalore 560100, Karnataka paid Rs.42,000/- to Quikr for availing RTO services. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
