Extra charges of normal carry bags in shop

Hlo sir my complaint against j.v.s. supermarket in hydershakote that get extra charges of normal carry bags from customer. And when I ask that shopkeeper to why I give up extra charge for this normal carry bag he misbehave to me. Pls notify this problem and take a necessary action against him. Thank you I also attached photo of that shop.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
