Complaint regarding short delivery by Snapdeal

Ordered wallets with quantity 3. But was delivered only 1 instead of 3 by attaching delievery memo of 3 wallets. Trying to contact customer care through app and contact centre.. But such a poor technical inftrastructure spandeal is having. I am unable to convey my exact problem as in app, it was not showing area of issue, it us just be coming blank after choosing order id. And online number is unable to read ur order no correctly. Though after 7 8 attempt, if u succeeded in getting it read right, after confirming. the call gets cut aftet wasting your 20 25 minutes by saying order not registered with this number… Though order is put through this number only.. No provision for call back to customer..such a worst service from snapdeal
