The club mahindra sales team have made us pay 50% down payment and assured us of holidaying in Goa for 4 nights at varca beach property. After receiving payment they are not taking our calls and not answering our whats app messages. After logging in as members at the official club mahindra site we were shocked to see initially an amount of ? 271050/- outstanding which was later corrected to ? 16266/- as outstanding. This is wrong. We have paid whatever we had been asked for and are still unable to book our holidays online.
We have bought the membership for our children who have a holiday once every year and now due to all this, we are left wondering if we are cheated.
We request you to take strict action against such false practices done by sales persons of institutes only for their own benefits leaving the consumer cheated.
