I saw an advertisement showing all the original iPhones at reasonable prices on olx. I contacted the seller through olx and messaged him on what’sapp regarding the same. He gave me a price list of all the models of olx from which I purchased iPhone 11 pro max at 18500 rupees + the delivery charge of 750 rupees (delivery charges were to be paid in advance through Paytm.. Then when the deal was done. The seller promised to send the original phone with warranty and price tag. I paid the delivery charges through Paytm and confirmed the order.. Then after two days the seller texted me that the product you ordered is been misplaced and asked me either to wait for a longer period of time for approx 5 or 6 days to get it delivered or cancel the order.. Though I needed the phone urgently I chose to wait for the order and told him I don’t want to cancel I’ll wait for it.. Then day before yesterday I received my order in afternoon and the phone inside it is totally broken and fake.. With all the accessories of phone broken in it.. There was no orginal bill and I checked the IMEI number of the phone it was also fake.. The phone was in very bad condition.. Then I contacted the seller immediately about the same.. he Said to me that ‘I told you to cancel it when it was misplaced now it’s not my problem ‘ . I asked him for the return of the order and refund my money back.. He said that he placed the original product but while it was misplaced someone changed the product.. The price I paid at the time of delivery was 17000 instead of 18500 .
