I had placed an order on zopnow via their app. Company is giving promo offers to make purchases through them. But after placing order, same got fraudulently cancelled at the date of delivery by them.& they are not even refunding the money for no reason. I am following up from very long with them over phone, mail & social media for refunding my money. It seems to be a fraud company. They are not at all responding. I saw many other users on twitter cheated by them. Kindly help to resolve this issue.

The company zop now is looting money from people. I placed order on 12/4/2021 for groceries and the amount got debited thru paytm. I did not received any order no for the same. And now when I call IVR ask to enter access code just to fool around people. They have a fake customer service.

This is a fake company only to cheat people.

Same thing happening with everyone that we see add on YouTube that they are giving good deal then we or ordering and getting fraud. I read lots off cmmnt abt zopnow i have added already 980 rs items in my cart but when i see the eggs tray they are giving at only 79 rs how’s that possible i get doubt and then i searched on google and really saved my money by reading your all comments. Based on Youtube Add, I have puchased groceries around 2000/- and got cheated.

Thankyou all the people for writing a review to help me not to purchase from them ..from a youtube add I found this advert then saw eggs at a price no one will give..after add to kart they never asked for delivery location check and then started off with giving discount of 5 percent then add more then they say give discount of 10 percent …which looked shady to me ..I said it’s too good to be true so I checked by their review and landed up here ..seems like they are just here too loot money and will make exit scam soon with the balance money they collect..please all guys be safe..

I have placed an order in zopnow.in by signing in with my details and providing the Billing address before placing the order it self. I have paid the amount 1850 after deduction of the amount from the account It was shown that order will be conformed in 30 mins or amount will be re credited.
After an Hour also I didn’t receive any conformation even through mail or mobile number provided.
During this Pandamic these online sites are making fraud over customers.
Please help us to block these fraud sites.

I placed an order for which I paid Rs 640 online as cash on delivery option was closed due to the pendemic on 30.4.2021. The delivery was scheduled for 2.5.2021. For the morning slot. There was no delivery and when I tried to contact the customer care service there was none.. Please ensure customer are not cheated and such online sites should be closed and legal action taken against the people running such fake websites.
