I have booked tour package for goa trough website www.indigoholiday.in and paid rs. 12000.00 through paytm as mentioned by the company payment accepted only through paytm. Booking date 3 nov 17 and no any response after payment and my hotel not booked then i have applied for cancel tour and refund for the same. Tour company says that if you want refund so provide debit card no. And cvv code then your refind will be proceed this tour company use logo of indigo flight. kindly help me.

I also got cheated by this company. I have complained to Indigo group.They even promised for assured gift and stopped picking the phone.Marketing lady had send email and called. their Manager kept on promising for giving details..Next step is complain to police cyber cell division
