I hereby requests you to pls ban such products where company is least bothered about customer service. I purchased smart watch online from Fireboltt website which got faulty within 20 days from the date of delivery and now i am struggling for replacement since past one month…..there response over mail is generic and misguiding (in every response they are reverting that replacement will be done in 7-10 working days. Also they will not extend the warranty due to such delays also. Have requested to cancel the product but no response
