Complaint regarding delay in delivery by Flipkart

I have ordered a phone in a BBD on flipkart i.e 6/10/2023 and it should have been next day delivery and it’s possible as I live in Delhi but I can understand it fis a peak time so delivery date was 10/10/2033, but I called them on 10/10/2023 as I could not notice my product movement on ekart, but they said it will deliver by 11 pm today only. But the order got delayed by 3 more days 13/10/2023. Now its almost 8 days and I haven’t got my product deliver which is giving me mental harassment as I have office but I have to call flipkart to make them remember about my product.. etc ,
Now its showing nearest to my hub and further delayed by 3 days. My credit card bill has arrived but not the delivery.
Please help me, I am helpless now..
