firstcry wakad shop is charging consumer for carry bag which has first cry name & brand logo, when asked to shop owner he said its instructions from firstcry to charge for bag. When I have explained him that this is violation of consumer forum act, they said then file a case against us, let us see what actions will be taken.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
