1) 5 Months delay in allocating of Car Parking after Registration of Sale Deed

My grievence is being high handed by AVP Hospitallity. It seems to be falling on deaf ears in Lodha.
How can I be forced to accept a parking in a premium housing in Lodha in Tower 23 where as I reside in Tower 22.
Even the Dy CEO has vague replies which are only an eco of Mr Hannan jit Singh.
Too much hand in glove is causing inconvenience to owners.
Approaching RERA and also Prime Minister’s Office.
Even in Sales there is an ongoing scandle of diverting enquiries to certain person as a favour get commissions. I have witnessed it. Names are also known. Every one is turning a blind eye to such activities.
