Money deducted but ticket not booked on Red Bus

On thusday 10 october 2019 at 09:01 PM i was booked a ticket from BHOPAL to ALLAHABAD  from redbus through phonepe app. Transaction through PHONEPE is successful but they didnot provide me ticket When i call to redbus customer service they told me that your money does not reched to us. please help me on this issues..
