Flipkart neither providing installation nor taking back product

I have ordered a washing machine from flipkart.com on 22 October 2018 and I have paid an amount of Rs. 16899 for the same. Product is delivered on 24 October 2018. But still installation and demo is not provided by flipkart. I had requested for return of the product since it is not providing installation and demo. But they ask me to cancel my return request for installation and demo. Every time they ask me to wait for 2-3 days.
