Wrong product from Homeshop18, poor customer support

I have purchased 6 Pc Klassic Vimal Dinner set of Rs 1359 from Home Shop 18 on 30th Oct 2018 for Diwali Occasion. Firstly wrong order got delivered where plates were missing and I was pressurized by Home Shop 18 team to settle with the wrong order.
I stood by and refused to accept wrong order and asked for replacement with right product as result Home Shop 18 team took revenge of not getting t he wrong product picked up as per their timeline of 2-3 days.
I followed up everyday to get the product pick where n one listen to my issue and was given new deadline everyday. Even after complaining to escalation team several times my order was picked up on 17th November 2018 where I had complained on 12th November about wrong product delivered.
Even after pick up I am following up everyday to dispatch the right product but no one is giving me any specific date for delivery of product and it has been nearly 3 weeks I am struggling to get the product for which I have paid to Home Shop 18.
There is no deadline or accountability of Home Shop 18 , even escalation team directly says we can’t help it as after pick testing will be done and after that it will take 2-3 days to dispatch the product and it will reach in another 10-11 working days.
On pleading that I had ordered product to give as Diwali gift and if I get product after a month of ordering then what is the point that too when there is no mistake of customer , but no one listen and it is standard line told everytime “please have some patience”.

I am totally frustrated now following with Home Shop 18 on daily basis . Request you to please take some action against them and provide me right product on priority.
