Flipkart not processing my cancellation order issue

I purchased an orpat hand blender from flipkart last month and it turned out to be a defective peace for which i placed a return order within 15 days of purchasing it as per their return policy which was accepted and on the date of picking it , it got cancelled without my consultation. and now they are just making excuse that my contact no is unable to reach which is nothing but a pure lie.
