Flipkart not taking back the defective Carrier AC

I am posting this as the failure of services of flipkart which I was loyal from when they were into books. I had ordered for an carrier AC on mar 13. Got it delivered on mar17. Installed on Mar23.
Failed to start problem with the product reported, and replacement requested. Got confirmation on the replacement.

First they were saying they had to pickup the faulty product for a replacement. I literally called for 15 days from Mar28.

They were saying courier partner is not able to reach you, Irritated to core as they can deliver but not take back.
Then on Apr13 I got the new one delivered without them taking back the faulty product. Installed on Apr17.
No problem on the installation.
Then started the ignorance, they didn’t even called back for pickup.
For the past 3 months from Apr17, I have been calling them for taking back their junk product from my place.
Till to date no one has ever bothered about it except me.
I have spoken with many senior customer care excutives but none was able to get this out of my home.
I have written to them but no one has ever found a solution to it.
I have junked the product for scrap as I have given them a notice period of 3 months to respond and I have no idea of giving them chances to repent.
I got into great amount of mental stress and agony listening to the customer executive daily calling them and pleading.
Now they never gave me a solution except a mail asking for feedback.
May be posting here let people know you have a lot of chances getting irritated by flipkart. Attached the screen shots in Word file for reference.
