Flipkart Order Not yet delivered, 2 weeks late from promised delivery date

Myself orderd a bean bag from Flipkart but its not yet delivered and its been 2 weeks from the promised delivery date. When I called their customer care many times everytime I get a same response like we have escalated the matter wait for 3-4 days. Also they don’t provide Grievance Officer’s email address. Please help me with this. I will be sharing my other details below. Most importantly they are not allowing me to cancel my order also so that I can place a new order. Its a mental harrasment to me, I was ordered this for my daughter for her birthday and I am vary disappointed.

However, the product was not dispatched and there was no update from the portal even after raising complaint by the customer. Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to.
