Fraud calls from persons claiming to be from shopclues

I have received a call from 80xxxxx9 claiming that he is from shopclues. He said me that I have won a car in an online contest,then he ask me to send him Rs.8500 into his bank account for its paper charges..when I ask him how can I believe you are not fraud, then he said me he will send all his IDproofs in my WhatsApp.
I can provide you that details if it is necessary. please take actions, because people might sometime believe in this and loss money

Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
