Fraud MI Solution (form filling work) from Surat, Gujarat

I have been cheated by a fraud. I received a call from Suraj (Gujarat) for home based job wherein I need to do data entry work. They got me sign an agreement and they also took my aadhar card. After this I could not complete this work and they gave me an extension of 2 days and took Rs.8,000/-. They told me that once the work is completed they will pay money for the work and also refund Rs.8,000/-. I have completed my full work but neither they are paying the work money nor refund Rs.8,000/-. Please help me in getting back my money.
