I want to purchase the phone via OLX. So I checked some phones and also contacted them and one person replied and told me that I am from army and lived in army cantt. Agra. Then I ask the person that I want the phone. So he told me that he will send that phone via army parcel service and courrier charges have to paid by me. So I paid because I have full trust on army personnel. Then in the morning, the courrier boy on the phone told me that you have to full amount of that particular phone which is around 15000 rs which was refunded on delivery time. So I payed and he told me he didn’t get any mail from army’s payment portal. So cannot deliver it on my address and asking me to pay more money. Which I didn’t payed.
