This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been cheated by an online shopping site named Www.Zoomshop.Co.In. I paid Rs.2899/- through my credit card to buy a branded refurnished mobile i.e Realme 5 Pro on dated : 01-01-2020 and this fraud merchant delivered a dummy chinese keypad mobile worth Rs.200/- when I immediately informed they refused to refund my money by saying that it was a luck by sale and have given a feature phone of same value of 2899/-
Please please help to get refund money from this fraudulent company. I have all communication and payment proofs.

I have gone through same situation. My product was delivered today and I was shocked to see this. How these unethical bastard companies manage to get it’s advertisement published in Aajtak. I am going to file a case in consumer court.
