Full flight refund not received from Go Ibibo

I had booked two tickets through goibibo costing Rs.138592. The flight was scheduled to fly on 28th March 2020, however due to nationwide lock down the flight did not operate. Finally, after a long hassle with goibibo I received a refund initiation email on 9th June 2020 but only for Rs.41000 and that too in goibibo wallet. I confirmed with my airlines and they informed me that I am eligible for full refund, however goibibo is not releasing the full refund.
I demand full refund to be deposited in my bank account and not in goibibo wallet.I am attaching the refund email received from goibibo and also the confirmation from airlines for me to get full refund
