I had mistakenly booked a flight in the reverse order and had to cancelled the same with airlines. However as the ticket was booked through goibibo. Airlines had refunded my money back to goibibo which Rs 2726 , however they are not giving me my full refund that is Rs2726 instead deducting Rs 1000 and giving me back Rs 1776.
What service did I use to make anyone understand their Rs 1000 charges on cancelation as the airlines had already taken charges on cancelation.
Please help in getting my money back from goibo which has been given to them by airlines.
