Got cheated by an instagram seller

The Instagram account named “shopfromsarojini” Ishits saili , has cheated me. I ordered a black jacket from her, she said to write my full address and pay 600/- Rs. & the order will be delivered in 5-6 business days .. BUt it’s been more than 1 month I have not got my order and the Instagram account owner has stopped responding on my messages and blocked me. I paid 600/- through her UPI .

Kindly help me to resolve this issue .
