Harassment from loan app Krekdit Cash for no credit

I applied for a loan through a loan app by name Kredit Cash a week ago. However, the loan wasn’t credited to my account. But the customer care are harassing me to pay back tho loan with huge interest. I sent my bank statement for their reference still they are harassing me and sending porn content material to my contacts list and circulating in social media on my name and no. Please resolve the issue.

Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
