A month ago I got a call from a guy named Axxxp who told me about the data entry job his company Globsol is providing. He said I have 10 days to fill 1000 forms with at least 90% accuracy. If I fail I will have to pay 5200 for maintenance and utility charges. He sent me an agreement which I thought was real but now I believe it was a total fake. I failed to complete the job and after two days I got a call from his legal department that I have to pay RS 5200 today itself. I was really scared and frightened. And in fear i paid that. After 10-12 days they call me again with a different number and different name asking for court charges within an hour. If I don’t pay it I will have to go through court and will have to pay huge money to get rid of this issue. In fear i paid the RS 500. Now after 20 days I again get a call from a different name and different number that I have to pay for the section charges which is 15500. He sent me an account detail which was for different account holder also. I didn’t panicked this time and asked the guy to send a copy of the court file in my name that he has. He said he doesn’t have the authority to do that. Now though I know it’s a fraud company and I still feel that I am stuck in this issue. How do I get rid of this.

15 days ago i got a job offer for data entry job any they said no money need for this job …and the job is 10 day 1000 form submit ….bt i fail to submit ….and after 2 days thay mail me and call me and say they mail me and say to pay 5200 rs for charges ….bt i refuse……and than the call me and and black mail to give tham a hugh money other wish thel lounch case on me and demanded lotes of money whick i can not afford…….am really scerd…….what to do now……….
Don’t be afraid friend. They are fraud people. Totally fraud. I have investigated about them. Don’t pay them a single penny. They will just try to scare you, so that in fear you will pay them the money….. Don’t pay. I repeat don’t. They can’t do anything.
From axiom data entry company I get calls for money they give me work and now they saying because of my multiple login their website get crashed and they are filling case in court but I dont do multiple login or anything this is totally fraud company be aware of that they are asking mi to give 5 lakh rs or otherwise they will file case in Gujarat court

Hi , I had been work in a data entry job where they asked me to fill 1000 forms in 10 days and if the form does not accuracy of 90% then thy r fearing me to paying 3400 … I completed the 1000 data entries and submitted the work on time. But now they are sending me a message and mail saying I have to pay 3400 for not complete the task with 90% accuracy . I asked them time to check the report to make sure I have not is it really 90% accuracy not achieved.. but they are fearing me saying they will send me a legal notice and they did not even pay me money for the job that I have done correctly… I am worried what to do as I am a student’s it’s really very hectic to pay and don’t know what to do.. if they send me a legal notice.. could you please help me
There is nothing to be afraid of. Don’t pay them a single penny. I also got into their trap, they used to blackmail me about sending a legal notice, but I didn’t pay any money. And they couldn’t do anything. so DO NOT PAY.

I have registered for an online job this 19th. They hadn’t provided me with any work and today I received a call asking to pay 7670 as some service charges as I haven’t done the work. 2 day ago I got a call from a company from Gujarat saying I have to fill data in 600forms and I don’t need to pay anything in advance the reg fee will be dudected fr my salary and only 2day after they blocked my id saying I didn’t log out so they blocked my id for unblocking I have to pay 6500 but I didn’t pay and now the are telling that I have to pay 6500 as panelty or theh will take legal action against me for not completing the work I am so scared don’t know what to do

Check if you have signed any legal agreement with the company stating that if you don’t complete the said work in the agreed time then you will have to bear the losses.
If there is no such agreement exists then no need to worry and file a case.
Rexon enterprises company send mail to me. Home based jobs 700 pages form filling per page 20 rupees target time 7 days. Unfortunately am not finished yet. Someone that person name Shushil choudary Advocate said you not finished the work so you compulsory pay 7500 rupees. If you did not pay I would file a complaint to you they said what can I do please help me sir they blackmailed to repeatedly calling, chatting WhatsApp, And sms sending please help me…
Hello Guys, Right now I am on the same boat as yours. On 11th January 2021 I got a call from this Guy Sahil and asked me to join Amazon Data solution for data entry work which was 1000 forms for 10 days. Per form I was to be given 40 rupees and I.agreed as I was in need of pocket money. I.signed the digital contract and then I started my job and almost worked till 12 am. In the midnight. Till today I had filled 408 forms just in 4 days and they blocked my account saying I.did multiple log ins on 13th.. I said I did not do so. . But they said I have to pay 7000 for my mistake which I refused to. They are sending me notices in The Name of PATEL ASSOCIATES , ADVOCATE SUJATA M PATEL. They are harasing me . Idk what to do guys.
A comapany named TRUE TECH SOLUTIONS they told me that they offer me a data entry jobs … registration amount was 4500 and it will be deducted from your first salary but now after i complete their work they call me that u failed to maintain 90percent accuracy and you have to pay the registration amount as you signed an agreement . I told them that okay im ready to pay the fine but u now terminate me from this job . after 2 days an advocate call me and he was like you signed an agreement you have to work for 6 months but u terminate so now you have to pay 22500 .. after that i told them im not terminating im ready to proceed .Now he was like you have to pay security charge of 22500 which is refundable and all but now he mailed me that a file is lodge in nanded court maharastra under section 75 and all…. Now pls help me to get out of this please help me

I agreed to their agreement and site they provide was not opening but somehow i did 6-7 pages. Now they ( Infusion enterprise) sending me mails to clear the dues .How will i , I am a student and have zero source income. This is effecting my mental peace . They are mentally toturing me . I am getting calls and emails. I cried today 3 hrs straight just thinking what will happen if file a case on me.
Sir ,even I am traveling in the same boat ,I received a call from company and told to fill 1000 forms in 10 days and not to pay anything after 2 days I checked in Google that the company is froud so I told them that I can’t work further so I stopped working after 2 mon now they are calling me told I am advacate and I called u to discuss and now u should pay 5000 to solve this other we murge case against me ,I told I not going to pay a penny,but they told I have agreement if the company goes to the Court u should face it ,I told even I have call recording that while talking u have not mentioned about Payment anything but they are telling we have agreement ,but already I have told my fnd he is police and he told not to pay any amount.they can’t do anything.
A company is black mailing to pay amount for not completing the work and telling we have agreement copy we will go to court but I have told I am not going to pay any money ,even I have recording where they are not mentioned about money wr I should pay and even I told to fnd he is police he told not pay any money to them those are fake and even they have more complaint about those companies if they come we can catch

I registered for job for data entry from Quickr.com, they asked me to complete a task during certain time period, obviously I was not able to complete that, because they didn’t share any information, what work I have to do, Now they are blackmailing me for an amount of 7200 INR. I denied to give them any money and now they send me a message mentioning that a case has been registered on your name(Screenshot attached).
Even i got into the same trap can anyone plss tell me what to do company name Freelancer Hub they are continuesly messaging me and i even got sms that the case has been registered on me

Hey, i joined this online work from home job.. few days before…. From one app .
Then a person send a pdf in WhatsApp based on the conditions & stuff, they told to complete 500 forms in 5 days. I could only complete 15 then i stopped. The registration fee was 7100/- n the salary was 21000 ,so it will be deducted from salary.
Now they have sent a court letter through email, the most panicking thing is that i have send the photo of my adhaar card for approval. In the email it was written that “i will be punished for cheating n damaging property for 7 yrs with penalty”

Hi Deepu, I am trapped in the same situation as yours. They have my Aadhar ID and they have sent me a mail with the title as legal notice. Did anyhting serious happen? Have you paid the money?
I got trapped in the issue now they are sending msgs from different numbers to pay or they will file a case if I get any legal notice what can I do please guide
