I am writing this review to share my experience with pathetic and constantly deteriorating after sales services of Flipkart customer care support. I have been a customer of Flipkart for more than a decade and this is in return of this loyalty one should expect from Flipkart.
I ordered milk packets from Flipkart minutes and got surprised to see the MRP on Flipkart was wrongly mentioned, I immediately raised the concern for a refund but despite of assurance from Flipkart customer care team, never got the refund even after 4days. The team has no resolution except to ask me to wait for another 24hr – which never ends, upon this, now as soon as I try to connect with them, they know my issue and so they don’t even respond for the issue and at there will just mark all my complaints as resolved.
They have no fixed date of resolution which clearly shows they have no control over their sellers.
Moreover, now Flipkart don’t have a complaint email id or number where customer can raise their voice.
