charged incorrectly for carry bag where shop name was mentioned. Value: 10. I visited the CITY Centre Mall, Guwahati , Assam on 26/11/21. I visited the KEVENTERS MILKSHAKE STORE on the food court for a Vanilla Milkshake and I asked them to provide me a carry bag. The shopkeeper told me its chargable and I paid Rs 10 cash for the paper bag on which the name of the store and its logo was clearly printed. Later I came to know that carry bags of stores which have their name or logo imprinted on the bags cannot charge money from their customers. And that it is illegal. As a law abiding citizen I request you to take necessary action again the store so that they cannot take advantage from customers who are not known to the law.
