Regarding refund from One Plus for defective earphones

Refund issue from one plus. Value: 3625 Rs. My one plus earphones were not working properly which were under warranty period. I sent it to the service centre where they told it can’t be repaired and new set also not available due to special edition. They gave option to refund the amount and I agreed. Now it has been more than 2 months and they have not refunded the amount. and doesn’t responding my phone calls

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
