I have an account with Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2016, In last Nov.2020 I have received I call regarding credit card behalf of Fixed Deposit. I have received call from a lady & I don’t remember her name.
I have made FD on 30.11.2020 and she processed Credit card same day, while on applying credit card she told me that you can break FD any time once you are required,
On 01.12.2020 i had got an emergency my Grand mother hospitalized due to some physical problems, Then I have called that Maa’m i have an emergency kindly break my FD she asked to call customer care service 18602662666 I did the same . While I on calling the representative said that your TD no. not updated to Credit card department I asked to if the TD no not updated why have made Credit Card.
From 01.12.2020 to till date I have made many calls regarding Lin removal on credit card so that i can widraw my FD money, They always said that atleast 4 working days will take to complete your process.
I am in trouble there is no money to purchase medicine & I am begging to Kotak Bank for my money. The customer care saying you can file a legal complaints against them they don’t have any issue.
It is an humble request to consumer forum team kindly do the needful action towards my problem
