Lenovo not providing service at Bankura

I bought a lenovo vibe K5 plus smartphone and the smartphone is having touch problems.Now lenovo does not service center in Bankura west Bengal. My question is why they are selling when they do not have any service center all over India and cannot provide after sales. i have to travel to Kolkata which is also far and why should I? I am willing to send the device by courier to service center only in comdition that I want my courier amount rembursed.
