Lost money after payment through ICICI Bank debit card

Yesterday i paid tet fee in ap online through my icici debet card, 500 rs is debited from my acount but i did not got journal number,
Again i paid money that time also debited 500 rs, again i didnot got journal number. So totally i lost 1000 rs for tet fee.
Still i did not refund money. If i call icici bank no one is respond. If i call ap tet help line number… Its always busy busy busy like…. They give help line numbers but those numbers are not working. Totally i lost my 1000 rs for tet application.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
