I had order Canon Scanner on 28/11/2017 but they were not delivered product till 9/12/2017 so i had cancelled my order and request for refund amt and they had informed that you will receive refund amt in next 4-5 working days. bu till today i had not received my refund amt. So many times i tried to contact customer care no or through online chat but they are not replying properly. please help for my refund amt of Rs. 4962/
