Ordered 9 products worth 1728.50/- on 22nd october with https://shop.medibuddy.in/ . I didn’t got my order yet. I have been calling and mailing medibuddy team from 29th october but no one responded. As of today (november 7th 2021) i have raised 5 complaints on their support portal without response they closed tickets i have to reopen again. Sent 10 emails to the mail id given in website. Called their Customer Care number 08045691881 no one responded. order id 15956
I have included all the screenshot of the claim. Please give some resolution regarding this.
