I was given a DD for Balance Transfer by TATA Capital for a Loan Balance Transfer. When i went to do the Balance Transfer, i was said that i will have a preclosure charges if i do a balance transfer and i will be exempted if i close it via my own funds.
So i contacted Mr.Bxxxxxxxxr regarding this issue. This person told that he can cancel the DD and give me the money if i close it via my personal funds. So i collated money from my friends and relatives for two days time period and i sent the cancelled cheque and loan closure proofs to Mr.Bxxxxxr on 26.02.2019.
Its been four days and Tata Capital has failed to give the money as promised because of which i am under immense pressure. I have few cheques given to be passed on 01.03.2019 and also i need to payback the money from the ones whom i borrowed.
I contacted Mr.Bxxxxxxxr from Tata Capital and he says that it will be done in ten minutes during everytime i call. He has completely misled me. He called me yesterday and said it will take another five days. I am completely struck without any money which has led me under heavy financial stress and burden.
I emailed the respective persons and i dint get any reply. I called the customer care of Tata Capital and its been said that their server is down and so they cannot look into the issue.
I request Tatacapital and the respective people to step into it and help me getting my money so that i am releived of the stress and burden caused by them.
