I am rising a complaint about a booking the flight ticket using “Yatra.com”. During booking my flight I’ve selected the non-stop route( as shown in Yatra.com website) however post completing the payment and one booking is done it shows 1 halt in my journey. However this had not been initiated to book my journey as I were not selected any flight which are having a halt so far. To make this clear, I were selected the direct flight ( non stop) from BOM to CCU which takes around 2 hr 40 min, however post completing my payment just surprised to saw that it came with 1 halt and the journey time around 6 hr 25 min. It’s misleadig actually. Considering a small kid and an women I were started booking a direct flight as per the availablity into Yatra.com, however facing this issue now.
In this regards, I requested to concern team ( Yatra support team) however unable to get this resolved yet. I want to resolve this issue asap.
