Complaint regarding job offer from data service plus

I am a post graduated student & i was searching for a job through online website (Quicker) and i saw job advertisement in the name of company DATA PLUS SERVICE, and also i have applied for a data entry job after some days a person contact me regarding job and collects all the documents (like address , photo ).
without my knowledge DATA SERVICE PLUS company making an agreement that if i fail to complete the job on time i need to pay 3400 rs to DATA SERVICE PLUS.
unfortunately i cant complete my target due to unclear data provide from DATA SERVICE PLUS. Now DATA SERVICE PLUS raise a legal lawyer notice .

kindly acknowledge my complaint against DATA SERVICE PLUS .

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
