Money loaded in PhonePe wallet unable to withdraw

I had loaded ?6800.00 in month of July 2019 in PhonePe wallet later on the payment failed hence I paid him cash from then till now I am trying to withdraw money but phone pe is not allowing because they are setting up KYC for the wallet its 6 months and they are still not given my money back neither any KYC centers have been set they are using my money interest free.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-.
