Received used BPL TV from Flipkart vendor

we placed BPL TV order on 14th Dec, 15th Dec receive the box. Technician came on 17th December for installation, and found that TV was already used (some returned and accessories were missing). installation was not done. immediately we informed with Flipkart customer care. They didnt take any necessary step. after several call they given ticket number.
Next day received mail from flipkart stating that installation was completed again i chased with customer care for multiple times. they are not ready to accept request for refund.
