Money withdrawn from bank account without authorisation

Mobikwik has taken 15000 rupee from my account on 16-12-17. my registered mobile number is 9xxxxxxxxx4 with bank account . mobikwik blocked my number I recharged a jio number on 14-12-17 in evening at aroud 8 to 10’o clock of rupee 399. after that mobikwik deducted 15000 from my bank account. Bank statement is mobikwik. They do not have any helpline line number. I am trying to contact with mobikwik but mobikwik team blocked my mobikwik account number which is registered number. I can’t open my mobikwik account . They blocked me from everywhere. I said hundred time to call me but they refused on mail. I want to case on the founder and ceo of mobikwik anyhow . i want my money 15000. that was limited amount earned through hard work in cold night to pay my rent and food expenses. I want my money. i did FIR in police station also.
