I ordered mi note 4 phone from Flipkart but they delivered me Nirma soap instead of phone. when I complaint regarding this to Flipkart then they said they will solve the problem in some time either by delivering new phone or refunding money, but after 3-4 days they deny for any help. I have complete unpacking video as a evidence and I have shared the same with Flipkart over the mail but they said that this is not required evidence, what else evidence I can provide to them.
