Uber cab charging high fares

I travelled today by uber cab initially it shown 36 rupees but after finishing 191 for 4kms and they are showing surge pricing or you can say dynamic fare in between of my travel i have already applied promotion of 50rupees but then also fare is very high. at my final destination it is very high after talking to uber they are telling me its correct but its not correct. they have taken high fare from me. kindly see to it
