No delivery by Domino’s after advance payment

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the non-delivery of an online order by Jubilant Food work Limited ( Domino’s Pizza) . On 4th March 2026 at around 4:30 PM, my 14-year-old son, placed an online order (Order No. #xxxx) with full advance payment. The order was placed at your outlet located at Ground Floor, SCO No. 50 & 51, Motia Plaza, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh – 173205. Despite successful payment, the order was not delivered. My son waited for approximately 3–4 hours and remained without food the entire evening. He was eagerly expecting the order, but even by 9:30 PM, nothing was delivered. This caused him significant disappointment and distress. Such poor service, especially from a reputed brand, is highly unacceptable. As of today, the order status still shows “Order Status Awaited,” which is very concerning. I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service team and also raised a complaint via email on 3rd April 2026 (Ticket No. 5xxxxxx5). Unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents in the future.
