Through Make my trip., we had booked two tickets from Dubai to Pune for an Indigo flight. The flight was for 4th March 2026. The flight got cancelled by Indigo due to unavoidable circumstances.
As senior citizens we could not process the refund of the fare then. We had sent an email to Indigo with a request for the same. We got reply asking us to approach Makemytrip. Mail from Indigo is added below.
E-ticket issued by Makemytrip is attached. Kindly process the refund of airfare ASAP.
