No refund for cancelled order

I Ordered on 8th march 2017 watches worth Rs 2134/- which was paid through credit card. But on 24th march 2017 i received a mail stating that the order has been cancelled due to out of stock of some products. After that continuously tried to contact them through customer care number and mails but their customer care number was not getting connected and mails were bouncing. i lost money and i didn’t received the products.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
