No refund from Amazon for returned product

Asian shoes refund amount no deposit in my amazon account. Value: 474. I return original asian shoes through amazon agent on 15 feb 2018 .amazon confirmation sms message send me- return picked up successfully for asian shoes.
but refund amount no deposit in my amazon accounts.
